Strategy Campus (2 days, on-site or remote):
  • Intensive day with management and key stakeholders
  • Objective: Sharpen the strategic direction and define initial hypotheses for a possible design or approach.
  • Outcome: Documented work protocol with a clear recommendation for action
Stakeholder sparring (1-2 dates):
  • Preparation of a major change project with a focus on key stakeholders
  • Objective: Risk assessment, participation architecture and communication logic — as a basis for activating those affected by change.
  • Outcome: Sparring protocol and initial structure for stakeholder work
Organizational check (2 weeks, remote + 1 day workshop):
  • Analysis of your organizational area in the context of your change project (organizational structure, value creation, control systems, networking, personnel systems, infrastructure, decision-making structure) in terms of clarity and connectivity
  • Including interviews, document review and results workshop
  • Outcome: Short report with evaluation of organizational design and recommendations
Shadowing (approx. 2-4 weeks):
  • Participation in strategically relevant meetings (1-3 appointments per week)
  • Objective: real understanding of your management practice and logic
  • Result: real understanding of your management practice — particularly with regard to decision logic, impact on the social system and possible structural bottlenecks.
